Admission Requirements
For a Taught Master’s Programme other than the Executive Master of Business Administration (Executive M.B.A.) Programme, the applicant shall have:
- graduated from a recognized university and obtained a bachelor’s degree, normally with honours not lower than Second Class or achieving an average grade of not lower than “B”; or
- completed a course of study in a tertiary educational institution and obtained professional or similar qualifications equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
In addition to the general requirements of the Graduate School, applicants should have / should preferably have:
- graduated from a recognized university and obtained a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a science discipline, normally with Second Class Honours or higher, or an average grade of "B" or better in their undergraduate course of study; or
- completed a related course of study in a tertiary educational institution and obtained professional or similar qualifications equivalent to an honours degree in related fields; or
- graduated with a degree in other fields but have a relevant background, e.g. extensive working experience in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation, energy and environmental related industries.
