Starting from 2022-2023, the Sociology Programme will expand the Senior Year Entry admission quota by introducing a new stream 'Society and Sustainable Development' (SOCIN-SSD). Collaborating with the Earth System Science Programme of the Faculty of Science, and the Gender Studies Programme of the Faculty of Social Science, the new stream will provide cross-disciplinary training for students who wish to understand key social and environmental challenges of our time and to seek innovative solutions for them.
