The objective of the Master in Administrative Law is to train professionals who identify and manage in a specialized manner the principles, techniques and rules of contemporary Administrative Law; that allows them to analyze and solve problems of the administrative legal system, in the different areas in which the Public Administration acts; and, that they have capacities for academic research.

Specific objectives:

  • Analyze the fundamentals of Administrative Law from a dogmatic perspective and based on practical experience.
  • Know and develop assertively in the identification of the attributions of the Public Administration the resolution of practical cases with an approach enriched by Comparative Law in the specialty.
  • Evaluate the pertinence of the application of intervention techniques and Administrative tutelage in the resolutions of practical cases.
  • Participate in analytical discussions around the administrative legal system as a means to develop the skills that a specialist in Administrative Law must have.
  • Generate and participate in research projects on various aspects of Administrative Law.
