Postgraduate studies in Labor and Social Security Law at PUCP offer its students the most advanced conceptual tools for analytical and operational work within a constantly evolving world of work, taught by a faculty made up of the most prominent media and by foreign teachers. The study plan allows our graduates to obtain, after two academic semesters, the title of Second Specialty in Labor and Social Security Law, and at the end of the second year, the academic degree of Master, once approved the corresponding thesis.


The orientation of the Master combines the professional approach with the academic perspective. On the one hand, the professional interest of the students is privileged through the teaching of courses that develop their capacities for analysis and decision-making in the field of labor relations, granting them the Title of Second Specialty after the approval of the courses corresponding to the first year of studies. On the other hand, the academic perspective is deepened through theoretical training and academic research with the preparation of end-of-year monographs and a thesis for obtaining the academic degree of master's degree.
