Since the year 2000, the Postgraduate School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru has offered the only Master's Degree in the country specializing in Intellectual Property and Competition Law. Our academic proposal is made up of a total of 16 courses, taught in four academic semesters. In this way, 4 courses per semester and 2 semesters per year are taught. Our courses are developed around six lines of research: Patent Law, Distinctive Signs, Copyright, Competition Law, Consumer Protection and Information Technology.
Likewise, we promote in our students the development of research methods and techniques, which promote the improvement of skills and competencies necessary to obtain the Master's degree.
Finally, in order to contribute to the specialization of our students, a "Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property and Competition Law" is automatically awarded to those students who pass the courses of the first two semesters.
