The Postgraduate School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru offers the Master's Degree in Mathematics. In this master's degree, all its teachers have PhDs in mathematics from prestigious universities, which contributes to the excellence of the scientific level of the program. The postgraduate degree in mathematics (formed by the  Doctorate in Mathematics and the Master's in Mathematics) aims to prepare the staff that the country needs to meet the demand for scientific, technological, economic and social development, in the training of researchers in mathematics and in university teaching. The purpose of the master's degree is to give the student the conditions not only to perform, with competence and skill, teaching functions before graduation or a degree, but also to initiate him professionally in research, such as pursuing a doctorate in mathematics. In this sense, our graduates could work in universities or companies.
