The Master's Degree in Business Law with a mention in Social Responsibility is oriented to the study of practical tools and mechanisms to understand the challenges of social responsibility from an interdisciplinary approach, in order to develop professional skills focused on issues of ethics, human rights, corruption, negotiation and conflict management, transparency of information, accountability of companies and their supply chains, and the main legal frameworks for the responsible and sustainable operation of companies.

Objectives:

  • Managing key issues of corporate social responsibility and sustainability in public or private institutions, based on the integration of legal and management levels. The main aspects to manage are related to ethics, anti-corruption practices, corporate governance, negotiation techniques and conflict management, human rights, transparency and accountability; through internationally recognized instruments and tools.
  • Design, implement, execute and monitor social responsibility projects at the consulting level, from an interdisciplinary perspective, which contains the legal and management approach.
