The Master of Laws with a mention in Jurisdictional Policy, created in 1998, constitutes a postgraduate program specialized in the legal field, oriented to the study of all substantive aspects related to the judiciary and comparative judicial systems. In this way, it seeks to train specialized professionals in the formulation of public policies related to the organization and reform of justice systems, particularly in what refers to the Andean countries. Likewise, it is a space for critical reflection, which makes it possible to propose concrete and viable solutions to the current problems in the field of justice, based on the experiences developed in the different countries of the region.
In addition, thanks to the agreement signed with the University of Castilla-La Mancha in Spain, the program also offers the possibility of accessing a double accreditation in the master's degree, as well as the possibility of validating the master's studies, to access any doctorate in legal sciences at the aforementioned Spanish university.
