Labor relations are reproduced in the private sector and in the public sector, although with the particularities of the sector.

The Master of Labor Relations is an interdisciplinary program that combines the vision of people management, the legal regulation of the world of work, the analysis of the actions of the social partners and the State, the understanding of their behavior within the framework of the process national and international production. For this reason, our Master's degree trains professionals with a multiple and interdisciplinary view of labor relations based on legal, economic, sociological, psychological and people management sciences.
