The central axis of the training is given by learning based on analysis and reflection, both on the conceptual aspects and on the specific styles and practices of school leadership and management, which guide the improvement of the processes and results of educational establishments., both in its academic and educational dimension.
It lasts for three semesters plus the degree activities and offers a Master's degree in Educational Management and Direction from the Alberto Hurtado University.
The Program has a body of professors of high academic level, and with a wide and outstanding experience both in the direction and advice of educational establishments and in educational reform and change processes at the national level.
The Master is accredited for 6 years, by the Qualitas Accreditation Agency.

Admission Requirements
Possess the academic degree of bachelor's degree and / or equivalent professional title, corresponding to a career of at least 8 semesters and granted by an accredited national or international university of recognized quality.
Have professional experience in the area of education for at least three years.
It is desirable to have had experience in management teams of an educational establishment.
Have access to a computer with an Internet connection and user-level management.
