Bachelor of Education (Pedagogy in History and Social Sciences)

UAH academics teach and research didactics in various learning situations, to encourage understanding in new generations. Thinking about the teaching of History and Geography from socially relevant issues today, such as human and social rights and their violation; gender challenges; Democracy and citizen participation allow giving validity and meaning to the learning and teaching processes, and also to the understanding of the disciplines from an ethical commitment to social transformation.

UAH graduates have real employment opportunities in educational establishments, as teachers of High School History, Geography and Social Sciences; teaching support institutions or centers, designing and developing material for the teaching of History and Social Sciences in Basic and Secondary Education; institutions linked to culture: museums and memory sites, publishers, foundations.
