The Master 2 in Business Contracts and Credit aims to train lawyers with knowledge of the fundamental subjects of business law and a particular mastery of the rules applicable in contractual matters. The fundamentals are acquired in Master 1, when the Master offers an in-depth study of contract law, both general theory (common law) and the various rules applicable to the main special contracts in business life (credit contracts, international contracts , distribution contracts, litigation-related contracts, shareholders' agreements, conventional sureties, transmission of conventional obligations). The Business Contracts and Credit course in Master 2 also ensures the development of students' "soft skills", by making them work on their oral presentation, their CV, and their electronic professional networks. The training is completed by an internship, with a view to applying their knowledge, as well as a dissertation in order to strengthen their analytical and synthesis capacities, and to train them in the writing of a voluminous document.
