First of all, this course is a training course that focuses on deepening certain theoretical knowledge and providing practical knowledge in order to quickly integrate into the professional world. To do this, the professional speakers on the course regularly offer practical exercises as part of their seminars and in their offices or companies in order to put the students in a real situation. Know-how and interpersonal skills are the two objectives to which the student must aspire at the end of his training.
Secondly, this course has the scientific objective of offering a specialized and general training in business law, allowing each student to have the height of view required to apprehend the major current and future issues in this field. Students are required to carry out an internship and write either a thematic internship report or a research dissertation, which trains them in the rigor of research and allows those who wish to do so, to pursue a thesis work.
M2 students will mainly come from M1 business law at the three sites. They may also come from a Master 1 in general private law.
