The LPCA aims to train senior technicians/engineer assistants with enhanced skills in the field of analytical chemistry.
The LPCA training is therefore organized into 7 teaching units including 3 teaching units of specialization in theoretical and practical analytical chemistry, thus allowing apprentices to acquire the following skills:
  • mastery of sampling and sample preparation techniques,
  • a mastery of separation techniques and molecular characterization techniques applied to all types of analytes (organic species, inorganic species, macromolecules, biomolecules),
  • a mastery of method validation and chemometrics,
  • knowledge of the quality approach in the analysis laboratory.
Outside ofEUAs a speciality, apprentices acquire cross-disciplinary knowledge and skills useful for chemical analysis and progress in a company.
These skills will enable graduates of this specialty to plan and manage an entire analytical project.
