Space and Telecommunications Law
Being the first qualification in the world linking the study of the law of space activities with the law of telecommunications, this course was set up with the support of professional bodies to meet the needs of rapidly expanding industries, looking for highly qualified graduates. It aims to train specialists in legal, regulatory and policy in two strategic areas for the economy and the society: 1) space and aeronautics; 2) telecommunications and digital ecosystem. The philosophy of training, defined by a council composed by the university and 50 French and foreign partners is based on three pillars: 1) Labor market orientation; 2) International training; 3) Interdisciplinar training. The M2 is linked to a research center, IDEST, and an international chair funded by Airbus, Orange and Thales. The French Agency for Academic Evaluation gave the program its best mark (A+) based on the high level of professional specialization and the performances in terms of integration of the graduates on the labor market. It is # 1 in the SMBG ranking in the category Digital Law.
