The Mathematics degree is available as a single-discipline degree, with a minor, with a CAPES preparation track, with a minor, with access to health sciences (LAS), or as part of three double degrees: ( Mathematics-Computer Science, Mathematics-Physics , and  Mathematics-Life Sciences ).

It is structured over three years, with the aim of providing a broad and comprehensive education in mathematics. Students learn to formalize, understand, and solve problems using mathematical tools. They also develop their ability to construct logical arguments and present clear, rigorous, and convincing arguments.

In the first year, students acquire a solid foundation in mathematics while taking introductory courses in other disciplines within the Science and Technology Portal, allowing them to explore the interactions between mathematics and the scientific world.

In the second and especially the third year, this bachelor's degree offers various specialization tracks, depending on each student's career goals. They can choose a single-discipline track focused on either fundamental mathematics or applied mathematics (opening, for example, the way to a work-study Master's program in mathematics), or a track geared towards teaching.

It is also possible to obtain a Bachelor of Mathematics with a minor, in which case 25% of the mathematics curriculum is replaced by courses from another discipline within the Science and Technology Portal.

The courses are taught in person, in French, and are mainly delivered by teacher-researchers and researchers attached to internationally recognized research units.
