The Master’s in Training and Optimization of Sports Performance aims to educate training professionals (physical preparation, psychological, computer video technologies for analyzing sports performance, etc.) in the high-level federal sports sector, or alternatively, specialists in the maintenance of physical life for healthy public. The Physical Preparation and Reathletisation track offers an approach combining theory, practice and scientific approach to teach sports training, physical preparation and re-training professionals, as well as sports science researchers. The program is mainly associated with the Laboratory for Human Motricity, Expertise, Sport, Health, a multidisciplinary laboratory in life sciences and health and human and social sciences. It is based in the first line of research of the laboratory on the issues of "sports performance". The research projects developed in this area focus on the factors of performance optimization, as well as mechanisms for recovery and prevention of injuries, which are at the heart of training. The LAPCOS, CoBTEK + and IRCAN laboratories also provide research support for the STAPS EOPS Master course, and the I3S laboratory offers secondary research support.
