The Bachelor's degree prepares students for further studies in Master's programs in economics or management, enabling them to acquire fundamental knowledge and skills in these two disciplines. It also offers a range of non-disciplinary skills (linguistic, pre-professional, and transferable skills – computer and digital skills, information literacy).

Specific tracks:

Within this Bachelor's program, students can also choose to enroll in a specific track from the first year.

  • The LAS  (Bachelor's Degree with Health Access) program is for students enrolled in the Economics and Management portal who must complete Health-related modules. Students have the opportunity to attend lectures held on Wednesdays during Semester 1 and on Thursday and Friday mornings during Semester 2 at the Saint Jean d'Angely Campus.
  • The 2D continuum offers students in the Gateway program an introduction to teaching careers in economics and management. Students can choose a dedicated introductory unit in semester 4 and then join a specific track within the third year. Disciplinary courses in Economics and Social Sciences (SES) or Economics and Management are planned, as well as pre-professional internships. Students can thus be prepared for entry into the MEEF Master's program in teaching, education, and training .

In the second year of the Bachelor's degree, students have the option of joining the CIRE program (Certificate of Introduction to Research in Economics) .

The goal of CIRE is to introduce students in the Economics and Management track to research methodology in economics and the various research themes of GREDEG and EUR ELMI. Students who join the program commit to completing it until the end of their studies. The certificate is awarded upon successful completion of all three course units.

More information on the CIRE program

is available. In the third year of the Bachelor's degree, four tracks are offered:

  • Economics and Management : a traditional course with a choice of options allowing students to prepare for specialization in a Master's program.
  • International Economics & Management Studies : Which allows students to undertake a study mobility of one semester (in semester 5) within the framework of Erasmus+, BCI, ISEP, MIC or other agreements.
  • Economics and Human Resource Management : This program aims to train students for careers in human resources, recruitment, personnel administration, and all other areas of business management related to the strategic organization of skills. This professional training, organized on a work-study basis, allows students to acquire the essential tools for understanding the socio-economic world in which businesses and government agencies operate.
  • Tourism Economics and Management : This course trains students to become managers in the new professions of tourism and leisure, regardless of the areas of activity.
