The Master's program in Human Resource Management (HRM) offers high-level training in management, economics, and law. The program aims to raise awareness of the conditions for business viability in relation to companies' capacity for innovation. It provides an understanding of the functional tools of HR management and leadership. It comprises two tracks:
Economics and Human Resource Management (HRRM)
  • This is a multidisciplinary program in Management, Law, and Economics that emphasizes the functional and operational dimensions of HR (legal, financial, payroll management, managerial, HR administration, HR strategy, and human resource economics related, for example, to issues of recruitment, staff transfer or mobility, employability, training, skills acquisition, quality of work life, workforce planning, total quality management, and redundancy management). It trains professionals in Human Resources fields (HR Directors, Recruitment, Team Management, Business Organization Consulting, etc.). The program enables students to master the fundamentals of Management and Economics, not only for businesses, but also for SMEs, PMOs, and government agencies, which are essential players in the economic and social fabric of the region.

HR Organization and Development Consulting (CODRH)
  • This program focuses specifically on the organizational and strategic challenges of HR related to developing human potential, in order to address major contemporary issues such as HR process management, innovation, skills-based management, and corporate social responsibility. It enables students to acquire the skills necessary for diagnosing and developing HR policies, social responsibility policies, and team and project management. It provides training in evaluating decision-making processes, using social and organizational audit tools, and developing HR strategies. The program aims to understand the impact of HR management on organizational structures and their capacity for innovation.

Both tracks allow students to deepen their understanding of the competitive and institutional environment of businesses. Like the EMRH track, the CODRH track aims to master the forward-looking forms of HR management and their impact on organizational structure. Both tracks provide training in organizational intelligence tools and Information Systems.

Subject to accreditation by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and validation by the Academic Council of Université Côte d'Azur.
