Through this training, which is primarily practical and operationally focused, future professionals in intellectual property and new technologies acquire the following skills:

  • mastering intellectual property through a practical and professional approach
  • knowing how to conduct contract negotiations in the new technologies sector
  • mastering the rules of personal data protection
  • mastering the English language at a high level

Thanks to the subjects offered and the concrete themes addressed, as well as the option to complete the final year of studies through a work-study program, the course emphasizes a practical and professional approach.

Patent law, trademark law, digital law, intellectual property management, litigation strategy—all these current topics are areas in which students can become experts.

The advantages of the training

1/ A Master's degree from the University School of Research in Digital Systems for Humans

Are you interested in digital technology? The University School of Research in Digital Systems for Humans (EUR DS4H) offers students in the Master 2 Business Law program, specializing in Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies, the opportunity to enrich their curriculum with a unique catalog of multidisciplinary courses (minors in computer science, business, creative industries, innovation management, entrepreneurship, etc.), tutoring (laboratory immersion), and individual or group projects.

By combining these options on a semester-by-semester basis, you can tailor your training to your personal and professional goals and acquire sought-after skills (technical and soft skills) in the digital world, whether in teaching and research, research and development, industry and services, startups, and more.

2/ A work-study program

To maximize students' chances of successfully entering the job market, the Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies program is offered as a work-study program (1 week at university / 1 week at a company from September to the end of March, then full-time at a company until the end of the academic year).

Through a professional training contract, students gain valuable professional experience.

The second year of the Master's program can be completed remotely only for students residing outside the PACA region.
