Presentation and objectives of the training

  • The STAPS degree is aimed at students with a versatile profile combining a good level of sport, a scientific culture and a strong personal commitment.
  • The aim of the training is to train professionals capable of safely leading and supervising groups of participants in physical and sporting activities.
  • The "Sports Training" program caters to both the high-performance sports sector and the general fitness of diverse populations. Its aim is to train, on the one hand, training professionals (physical and psychological preparation, video and computer technologies for analyzing sports performance, etc.) within the high-level federated sports sector, and on the other hand, specialists in maintaining physical well-being for all members of the public.
  • Upon completion of the program, the student will be able to operate within the institutional framework related to sports professions. They will be able to analyze the activity of the participant(s) by applying appropriate scientific knowledge, and design and implement a coherent intervention plan safely and effectively for the target audience.
