Goals


The General Medical Sciences Diploma marks the completion of the first part of studies leading to the State Diploma of Doctor of Medicine; it comprises six semesters of training validated by the acquisition of 180 ECTS credits, equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.


The curriculum is designed to allow students to progressively develop their training plan and, for those who wish, to change their specialization through bridging programs.


Foreign language instruction, training leading to the Level 1 Emergency First Aid Certificate, computer skills training, and an introduction to research are also offered.
