This program also leads to careers in research and consulting in management science, through the preparation of a doctorate in Management Science.
Distinct tracks are offered to students:
- PROGRAM - Master's in Corporate Communication Management (COM) : This program within the management degree aims to train students from general academic backgrounds who wish to acquire professional specialization in the field of corporate communication management. The added value of this program lies in its focus on organizational and managerial issues, allowing students to consider communication in its strategic and global aspects (change management and support for organizational dynamics).
- TRACK - Research and Management Consulting (RCM) : This track within the Management major effectively prepares research students for a PhD in Management at the Management Research Group (GRM), the management science laboratory of Université Côte d'Azur. This laboratory brings together professors and lecturers in several specializations: accounting, auditing, finance, marketing, international management, public management, and human resources. This track also trains and/or develops senior managers from public and private organizations in management research and consulting by providing them with the methodological frameworks necessary for conducting studies, consulting, and research projects.
- PROGRAM - Master's in Talent Management: This program trains students for careers as talent management specialists within the human resources function, in both public and private organizations, providing them with a strategic and innovative vision of HR issues in light of contemporary societal and technological developments.*
*Some courses may be modified (opening/closing) for the start of the 2024 academic year. Subject to accreditation by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and validation by the Academic Council of Université Côte d'Azur.
