We host the 5G Research Centre, the Industrial Informatics and Signal Processing Research Group, the Centre of Advanced Communications, Mobile Technology and IoT and the Sensor Technology Research Centre.
We also offer this course with an industrial placement year.

Admission Requirements
- Degree requirements: You should normally have a lower second-class (2.2) undergraduate honours degree or above.
- Subject-specific requirements: Your qualification should be in engineering, although other numerate subjects such as mathematics, physics or computing will also be considered. You may also be considered for the course if you have other professional qualifications or experience of equivalent standing.
- Candidates are required to submit an essay(s) for acceptance
