The Nursing (Mental Health) degree offers an opportunity to become a fully qualified mental health nurse. This course is approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Graduates are eligible to apply to register with them. Registration with the NMC in order to practise as a nurse in the UK. This degree is delivered at the Collegiate Campus. To allow practice-based learning, students will spend 50% of each year on placement within either a hospital, community or independent sector setting across the Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Bassetlaw and Barnsley region.
