in the Department of Architecture is to prepare architects to enable them to be
able to achieve the goals and objectives of establishing a contemporary and
sustainable architectural environment committed to preserving local values and
identity, by providing scientific material to students in the field of
architecture and city planning and preparing them professionally to implement
the requirements of society. We also aim to prepare qualified cadres in this
field who will contribute to instilling architectural awareness among citizens
to reduce random construction and provide engineering consultations in the
fields of architecture and city planning to all segments of society, including
citizens, companies, and public and private state institutions.

Admission Requirements
1. The student must have a General Secondary Certificate from the Scientific Department or a Specialized Science High School. Specialized and accredited institute students can also be admitted with an excellent degree after passing the entrance exam. 2. The student must bring six personal photos and an identity proof document (national ID, nationality card, passport). 3. The student must have an approved health certificate documenting their fitness and health. 4. The student must have a good conduct and conduct certificate issued by the school they are coming from. 5. The student must devote full-time to study. 6. The student's general grade in high school should not be less than the specified percentage approved for admission to the College in the year they wish to register for a bachelor's degree. 7. The college may also allow the student to take an entrance exam and Personal Interview. The admission and Interview Committee's decision will be final after approval by the college council. 8. Non-Libyan applicants must pay fees and study expenses according to the regulations in force at Libyan universities. Incoming scholarship students must follow what is in force at Libyan universities. Students should also consider the signed agreements on reciprocity. 9. Students must register on the website of the new student management system (https://idpsebhau.edu.ly/online) and bring the reference number issued to them. 10. After completing the procedures from the general registrar, the student will receive a study number and their e-account will be activated. 11. The student will receive their username and password directly via the registered email. The student will also be automatically granted the University's email and will have all the rights and benefits to use it throughout their study period. The student must keep their login information in a safe place.
