The Graduate Studies program includes four programs in the fields of soil, water, agricultural economics, and animal production, the beginning was at the soil and water department and one student graduated, after which the study was stopped at the department based on the letter of the Ministry of higher education and the availability of three continental faculty members and based on the correspondence of the faculty and the Graduate Studies department at the university to the Ministry of higher education and scientific research, permission was re-granted to Sabha University to start the Graduate Studies program (Master) by Resolution No. 402 of 2021 for the Department of soil, water and Agricultural Economics in addition to the Department of animal production after meeting the necessary conditions for that :
The vision of the combined programs was to achieve excellence and leadership locally and globally in building a knowledge society through sustainable development and effective community partnership. this vision is achieved by:
1-preparing scientific cadres capable of conducting scientific research in various scientific fields
2- use the scientific ladle for agricultural science
3- Provide distinctive educational and research programs to promote the agricultural sector and community service
4- Provide technical consultations to farmers and poultry breeders
5- employing economic feasibility studies for agricultural projects
6-the student acquires several skills that make him capable of knowledge, understanding, and innovation
7-preparing research cadres to obtain a master's degree
8-enabling the student to be able to harness the natural resources of soil and water and exploit them optimally to create sustainable development
9- Enable the student to conserve water resources and maintain the soil.
