Goals The professional L3 "Physical Techniques of Low Carbon Energies" (TPEBC) (formerly "Physical Techniques of Energies") is a work-study program aimed at offering quality opportunities to students motivated to enter the company from bac + 3. It trains senior technicians / engineering assistants specializing in processes specific to the production, consumption and control of low-carbon energy.
Link to the license's own website The professional L3 aims to give students skills in the main low-carbon energy sources (wind, hydraulic, nuclear, solar, etc.) and their associated energy sectors (electricity production and cogeneration). , production of renewable heat and electricity, transport and storage of electricity, energy in buildings, etc., thus offering them an in-depth view of all the energy chains and each of their elements.
The lessons thus cover the main physical fields related to the issue of energy and the corresponding techniques: heat transfer, applied thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials and electricity. Nuclear energy is the subject of specific teaching, covering the physics of reactors, the fuel cycle as well as aspects of deconstruction and radiation protection.
