Objectives Train nursing professionals capable of:

Carry out research in nursing that leads to the application and deepening of knowledge in the discipline.
Participate in interdisciplinary research that promotes innovations in the provision of services and in the training of human resources in health.
Plan, develop and evaluate nursing care for individuals, families and community groups, based on the scientific knowledge of the discipline and related disciplines.
Participate in the design of health policies, strategies and programs that promote the improvement of health care for individuals, families and community groups.
Plan, execute and evaluate training programs for human talent in nursing.
