In accordance with the institutional mission and its character as a public university, the academic program has as its main purpose the professional training of architects in a comprehensive framework that combines discipline with high technical rigor and social and cultural relevance and human training in a university environment. that includes the sense of citizenship for the transformation of society.
VISION OF THE ACADEMIC PROGRAM
In accordance with the institutional vision, the academic program will consolidate itself as the best Architecture program in the country during the second decade of the 21st century, based on the university's curricular policy, which emphasizes inclusion and, to this end, will seek to graduate professionals who are sensitive to the social and urban context in the most strategic areas of local and global development, framed by the environmental dimension that is understood in a multidimensional way from the ecological, the geographical and the climatic.
