Direction of Hotel and Tourism Companies (Technology) Program objective: To train technologists with knowledge and skills in the management and operation of activities linked to organizations that offer tourism products and/or services. 
Professional profile: The Tourism Organization Management Technologist will be a professional with skills or abilities to:
  • Develop skills in the management and operation of tourism services and/or products.
  • Manage and operate organizations that offer tourism products and/or services.
  • Apply their theoretical and practical knowledge to increase the productivity and quality of activities related to the tourism sector.
  • Manage applications and platforms for reservations and sales of products and services for organizations that offer tourism products and/or services.
  • Develop skills and attitudes to adapt new technological tools in the management of organizations dedicated to the supply of tourism products and/or services.
  • Audit, investigate and prepare management reports in all functional and operational areas of organizations related to the supply of tourism products and/or services.
