Admission to the Master's degree in Modern Humanities is open to graduates in the L-10 class (Humanities). Graduates from other bachelor's degree classes can also be admitted if they have acquired a minimum number of credits in certain academic fields, as specified below:
27 credits in the following academic fields: L-FIL-LET/08 - Medieval and Humanistic Latin Literature L-FIL-LET/09 - Romance Philology and Linguistics L-FIL-LET/10 - Italian Literature L-FIL-LET/11 - Contemporary Italian Literature L-FIL-LET/12 - Italian Linguistics L-FIL-LET/13 - Italian Philology L-FIL-LET/14 - Literary Criticism and Comparative Literature 6 credits in the scientific-disciplinary sector L-FIL-LET/04 - Latin Language and Literature
12 credits among the following academic fields: M-STO/01 - Medieval History M-STO/02 - Modern History M-STO/04 - Contemporary History L-ANT/02 - Greek History L-ANT/03 - Roman History An additional 24 credits in scientific-disciplinary sectors included in the groups: L-ANT, L-ART, L-FIL-LET, L-OR, M-STO, M-FIL, M-GGR, and in the scientific-disciplinary sector L-LIN/01 - Glottology and Linguistics
Proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher under the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required for admission.
