The Electronic Engineering Academic Program assumes the mission of the Universidad del Valle with regard to undergraduate training at the university level in the fields of electronic engineering.
The Electronic Engineering Academic Program will provide comprehensive training that contributes to regional and national development, staying at the forefront in the fields of electronics considered in the graduate profile. The Program will be recognized internationally for the quality of its graduates and, at the national level, as one of the best training programs in electronic engineering.
Train electronic engineers with an ethical sense and an interdisciplinary approach, capable of generating innovative electronic solutions using formal methodologies, technical standards and good design practices in industrial, residential, commercial and bioengineering applications; prepared to conceive, develop and manage engineering projects, manage entrepreneurial initiatives or participate in the generation of new knowledge, committed to solving society's problems, responsible with the environment, with skills in communication and teamwork, and autonomous learning capacity for the exercise of the profession.
