Universidad del Valle, a high-quality accredited institution, offers—through the Department of Construction Technology in the School of Architecture of the Faculty of Integrated Arts—a range of graduate programs designed to meet the professional training needs of the construction and real estate sectors within the framework of current legislation.

Among the programs designed is the specialized Master’s degree in Property Valuation and Appraisal, which was developed under the Interinstitutional Cooperation Agreement signed between Universidad del Valle and the Cali and Valle del Cauca Real Estate Exchange on June 14, 2018.

The Academic Master’s Program in Property Valuation and Appraisal—specialization track—is offered with five areas of emphasis: Urban, Special-Purpose, and Heritage Properties; Rural Properties, Natural Resources, and Protected Lands; Fixed Machinery, Equipment, and Mobile Machinery; Intangible Assets and Special Intangible Assets; and Works of Art. The specializations will be offered in alternating cohorts.
