General objective:

Admission Requirements
Entry requirements:
- Original of the birth certificate and 2 copies
- Copy of the certificate of studies with a minimum average of 80
- Copy of bachelor's degree
- Submit application for admission to the program ( National Application , Foreign Application )
- 3 letters of recommendation (can be 2 academic and 1 work or vice versa)
- 4 child size photographs
- Copy of CURP (for Mexicans). Copy of PASSPORT (for foreigners)
- Pass the contents of the propaedeutic courses ( Probability and Statistics and Mathematical Modeling ) obtaining a minimum average of 70
- Have passed, at least one semester, a computer subject that has covered a programming language
- Submit an official TOEFL document with at least 431 points or equivalent in the different versions of the TOEFL exam; or at least 3.5 of the IELTS exam; or at least 40 points from the BULATS exam; or proof of accreditation of level 5 of languages of the University of Sonora
- Curriculum vitae (with photograph) with supporting documents of academic and/or professional experience
- Personal interview with the Academic Committee
- The particular requirements established by the Directorate of School Services for students accepted into the postgraduate program
- For foreigners, once admitted, a copy of the documentation that proves their legal stay in the country and the immigration permit to study in Mexico
- Candidates are required to submit references or letter(s) of recommendation for acceptance
