The Comprehensive Postgraduate Course in Social Sciences trains professionals in multi- and interdisciplinary research who make the search for and construction of knowledge the raison d'être of their intellectual activity and the way to transform the world around them for the common benefit, in harmony with its environment and in tune with the highest aspirations of its community.
The training it offers allows the training of researchers who can work pursuing the integration of knowledge, aimed at solving socially significant problems and building complex solutions with the information obtained.

The Comprehensive Postgraduate Degree in Social Sciences is a competitive alternative to specialized postgraduate courses in Mexico. Its appeal lies in having a curricular program that guarantees effective and productive interaction between disciplines, which gives it specificity and identity as an offer.
The foregoing is achieved thanks to an innovative concept of integrality, in which the following stand out: Research lines with interdisciplinary affinity; where Academic Bodies, Academies and interdivisional research groups converge; nucleated by an integrative schooling program.
Instead of granting specialization by areas, like the other existing postgraduate courses, social problems and research fields are defined here in which different disciplines interact in a converging sense.

Admission Requirements
Entry requirements:
- Have a bachelor's degree in law, sociology, anthropology, psychology, communication sciences, history, education, social work, literature or any other area related to Social Sciences. Depending on the school year, interns may be accepted with a degree commitment letter; The period to present the degree will not exceed two months from the start date of the postgraduate courses.
- Have passed with an average of no less than 80 the subjects of your undergraduate study plan.
- Have sufficient knowledge in handling word processors, spreadsheets, software for preparing presentations and strategies for the discriminated search for information on the Internet.
- Possess oral and written communication skills; as well as comprehension of academic materials in English.
- Accredit English exam equivalent to TOEFL with 450 points.
- Submit the CENEVAL Postgraduate entrance exam, EXANI-‐III, covering the percentage established by the Academic Commission.
- Submit a general multidisciplinary research proposal in one of the lines that make up the PICS.
