General objective:

Train professionals capable of designing, managing and executing scientific research and technological development projects , for the inventory, diagnosis and sustainable use of biodiversity, with an interdisciplinary perspective and an honest and respectful attitude of bioethical conventions and national and international regulations. in force.

Specific objectives:

Understand the unifying paradigms of Biology and the nature of its institutionalization as a profession.
Acquire basic integrative knowledge about the structural unit, continuity, reproduction and evolution of living beings.
Develop the ability to define the different disciplinary fields of Biological Sciences.
Understand the molecular and ontogenic bases of Biodiversity and the environmental causality involved in adaptive radiation.

Admission Requirements

The general requirements to enter a degree program at the University of Sonora are as follows:
