The educational program of Ph.D. Doctoral studies assumes profound studying of English, disciplines of specialization which provide high professional standards of experts, profound preparation by the subject of dissertation research, cross-disciplinary preparation, the formation of teaching skills in high school. The program also consists of teaching students as an obligatory component and conducting research work. For the development of the educational component of the doctoral studies program and/or carrying out of research conducts, the doctoral student should spend training in foreign institutions of education and science for a period of at least six months for the entire period of study.
The main criterion for completing the educational process for the preparation of Doctors of Philosophy (Ph.D.) is the development by a doctoral student of at least 180 academic loans, including all types of educational and scientific activities; passing pedagogical practice, carrying out research work, passing the State exam in the specialty. The training takes 3 years full-time, with a state grant and credit technology.
In case of successful development of the educational program of Ph.D. Doctoral studies and doctoral thesis defense the graduates are awarded the scientific degree «Philosophy Doctor» (Ph.D.), regardless of the period of study.
Dr. Ph.D. has main competencies in the field of modern technologies for the synthesis and production of organic substances, including methods for obtaining, processing and storing scientific information, is able to formulate and solve modern scientific and practical problems, organize and conduct research, experimental research and management activities in the field of chemical technology of organic substances.
The objects of the professional activity of doctoral graduates are the most advanced positions in higher and special educational institutions of the state and non-state sectors, research institutes and research and production centers for the production of organic substances and materials, domestic and foreign chemical, petrochemical, gas, and coal enterprises.
