Modern degree program aimed at training specialists in the field of geodesy and mapping, specializing in geodetic, topographic, astronomical, geodetic, photogrammetric and cartographic work using the advanced equipment and digital geospatial technologies.

The educational process covers a wide range of disciplines: the theoretical foundations of geodesy and cartography, measurement techniques, spatial data processing, preparation of technical documentation, as well as registration of research results. Special attention is paid to the study of the regulatory framework governing professional activity in the given field.

As part of the program, students learn how to work with modern geographic information systems, analyze and model spatial objects, and use satellite and aerial photographs to monitor territories. Program provides for professional internships in specialized organizations, as well as participation in international academic exchanges with universities in China, the United States and Russia, which expands the horizons of students' professional and academic growth.

Graduates of the program are in demand in government agencies and commercial structures, where they perform engineering, geodetic, cartographic and cadastral work, participate in the design and development of territories, and also carry out consulting activities in spatial planning field.
