Program is aimed at training the specialists capable of managing projects of any complexity in the rapidly changing environment, integrating the current technologies, flexible approaches and strategic thinking.

Program was developed taking into account the best international practices and offers three formats: accelerated learning for a period of 1 year, specialized training for a period of 1.5 years and a scientific and pedagogical direction for a period of 2 years, which enables to choose the optimal path of evolvement depending on professional experience and career goals.

Undergraduates study strategic and applied aspects of project management, including process digitalization, financial planning, risk management, and sustainable development. The courses include modules on ESG, agile methodologies, digital solutions, Scrum, Lean, as well as strategic and operational management. Particular attention is paid to developing the skills in working with stakeholders, building effective project teams, and applying the international standards for evaluating project effectiveness.

Program combines theoretical training with solving real-world cases from various industries, from construction and industry to IT and public sector. The teaching actively applies methods of the project approach, as well as business analysis technologies, which provides graduates with competitiveness and adaptability to the contemporary economy challenges.
