Programme overview

Main Subject

Computer Science and Information Systems

Degree

PhD

Study Level

PHD

Study Mode

On Campus

Training of young scientists specializing in research in the field of computer mathematics, artificial intelligence, information and communication technologies, automated control systems, development of algorithmic and software for science and industry.

You will study the advanced machine learning methods, mathematical modeling of physics-chemical processes, learn how to solve initial boundary value problems for a nonlinear system of moment equations, fractal theory in mathematical modeling and numerical modeling of hydro mechanical processes.

During the learning process, you will understand how to visualize the results of machine learning algorithms, choose the machine learning method that corresponds to the research task and interpret the results obtained. You will learn how to create universal engineering methods for computational modeling of problems related to hydromechanics and create universal engineering methods for computational modeling of problems for determining the gas characteristics owing to finite difference method.

You will learn how to analyze a subject and problem area and, based on it, design and develop an intelligent system that simulates production processes, apply smart technologies in solving the applied problems, introduce the advanced information technologies into the decision-making process and develop new technologies based on artificial intelligence.

Graduates work as researchers, leading engineers, developers of mathematical and digital models and mathematical programmers in research-design organizations.
