You will study the use of GIS systems in subsurface use, master modern electronic and laser devices, digital instruments, satellite equipment, visualization technologies and optimization of production processes in surveying and specialized software sphere.
You will master the skills of developing the plans and programs for organizing and applying the control systems, as well as adaptation of modern information technologies for geodetic and surveying work. You will learn how to ensure the development and rational use of the Earth's subsoil, organize the activities of mining enterprises, control the anthropogenic impact on the environment and perform a full range of engineering support for constructing civil and industrial structures.
Graduates of the program work as surveyors in various state and commercial production companies in the field of mining, as well as the construction of underground structures.
Program was improved within the framework of the international project Master Program in Eco-Mining and Innovative Natural Resources Management (Erasmus+). Program included the study of the sustainable use of natural resources and the use of digital technologies for accurate monitoring and evaluation of deposits.
