Innovative educational program for training specialists for scientific, experimental research and pedagogical activities in the sphere related to management and top management of Kazakhstani companies.

This program aims to enable the student to write and publish a scientific article in a highly rated scientific journal and prepare, defend a doctoral dissertation that meets international standards. Graduates receive PhD degree.

Doctoral students will strengthen the skills regarding company strategic management, its business processes and individual projects from management theory viewpoint, as well as gain sufficient competence in scientific-pedagogical activities and independent research work.

The program develops the skills necessary for managing large-scale projects at industry and mass media, political and social projects as well.
