Business engineering is an enterprise management technology based on construction of an enterprise model (the organizational structure of the enterprise and existing business processes) in interaction with external environment model. Business engineering technology allows engineers to achieve a decisive competitive advantage due to the rapid response of the enterprise to changes in the external environment. Thus, business engineers manage processes at enterprises based on the process approach.
Students grasp business processes and their optimization, including the design of business processes, their description, modification, analysis and optimization.
