The program offers an original look at the human fact as a whole.

For the anthropologist, it is the whole of society that stands out and that must be decoded behind each custom, behavior or simple object. The program promotes the learning of this unique perspective on the human being of yesterday and today, his environment, his interactions and the intellectual and methodological approach that allows access to it.

The numerous research activities of the professors in ethnology as well as in ethnolinguistics, archeology and biological anthropology are as many windows on the knowledge in the making as on the contemporary practices of anthropology.
