To be eligible as a regular Ph.D. student (criminology), the candidate must:

meet the general eligibility conditions (section XX of the Academic Regulations) for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies
hold an M.Sc. (criminology) with thesis or attest to training deemed equivalent
have obtained in the 2nd cycle an average of at least 3.5 out of 4.3 or the equivalent
demonstrate a good knowledge of French and English and of another language deemed necessary for the pursuit of his research.
