The doctorate in planning aims to introduce you to the world of research, while developing your expertise, with a diversity of perspectives, on the issues and practices linked to living environments and planning issues. Using a multidisciplinary approach, the program brings together the 5 disciplines of planning, namely architecture, landscape architecture, industrial design, interior design and urban planning, to address the social, cultural and physical dimensions issues specific to living environments.

An interdisciplinary openness leads you to explore fields related to planning and to integrate knowledge in order to extend your knowledge and grasp the complexity of contemporary issues. A variety of areas of research and specialization are addressed with a coherent scientific approach and whose main themes concern in particular questions of culture and society and health and society, the occupation and transformation of built spaces, the territorial planning, management in developing countries, sustainable development, and information and communication technologies.
