PhD in Biomedical Engineering

This program aims to develop a high level of knowledge, intellectual rigor, scientific curiosity and creativity both in advanced professional activities and in scientific research. The program makes it possible to deepen knowledge on a subject and to push back the frontiers, to understand and evaluate the scientific literature and to develop the mastery of rigorous methods of reasoning and experimentation. Research activities focus on electrocardiology, biomedical instrumentation and imaging, biomechanics, biomaterials, biomedical modeling and simulation.
