To be eligible as a regular student, the candidate must meet the general eligibility conditions (section XI) of the Educational Regulations for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

To meet the Université de Montréal average of 3.3 out of 4.3, candidates from this province must meet the following requirements:

Conditions specific to this program

To be eligible as a regular Ph.D. student (vision sciences), the candidate must:

  • meet the general eligibility conditions (section XI) of the Educational Regulations for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies
  • hold an MSc (vision sciences) or equivalent degree in an appropriate discipline
  • have obtained an average of at least 3.3 out of 4.3 or the equivalent in the 2nd cycle
  • demonstrate sufficient knowledge of the French and English languages.
