Admission Requirements
General eligibility conditions
To be eligible as a regular student, the candidate must meet the general eligibility conditions (section XI) of the Educational Regulations for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.
Required diplomas and admission thresholds: Quebec
To meet the Université de Montréal average of 3.0 out of 4.3, candidates from this province must meet the following requirements:
Accepted diploma: Baccalaureate, Bachelor; duration of 3 years, or another undergraduate degree deemed equivalent.
Minimum average:
- Bishop: 75%
- Concordia University: 3.0/4.3
- Higher Technology School: 3.0/4.3
- HEC Montreal: 3.0/4.3
- McGill University: 3.0/4.0
- Polytechnique Montréal: 2.75/4.0
- University of Sherbrooke: 3.0/4.3
- Laval University: 3.0/4.3
- Universities of Quebec: 3.2/4.3
Conditions specific to this program
To be eligible as a regular student at MSI, the candidate must:
- meet the general eligibility conditions (section XI of the Educational Regulations) for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies
- hold an undergraduate degree that adequately prepares them for the studies they want to undertake
- have obtained, in the 1st cycle, an average of at least 3.0 out of 4.3 or the equivalent
The candidate must have a good knowledge of French and English.
